Acceptance of Terms 

By applying for and using a membership or guest pass at Bunker, you acknowledge you have read, understood and agree to be bound by both the Bunker Membership Terms and Conditions outlined below, so too, the Bunker General Terms and Conditions.

 These Membership Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern the use of Bunker facilities.

 

Membership Term

Both standard and couples’ memberships have a minimum term of three (3) months from the date of initiation, while corporate memberships having a minimum term of twelve (12) months from the date of initiation. Early termination of a membership prior to completion of the minimum term may be subject to cancellation and administration fees.

 

Membership Fees and Pricing

Both standard and couples’ membership fees will be deducted weekly (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to by all parties) from a members nominated bank account, while corporate memberships will be invoiced annually and paid in advance. Membership pricing details can be found on the Bunker website. Alternatively, members may request detailed pricing information by contacting Bunker direct.

 

Early Termination Administration Fee

If a member chooses to terminate their membership prior to completion of the minimum term, cancellation and administration fees may be incurred. These fees are intended to cover the costs associated with processing the early termination and related administrative tasks.

 

Membership Access

Both standard and couples members have all day, everyday access to the facility, with corporate members having Monday to Friday, all day access. Access may be restricted for maintenance, special events, private function hirage or unforeseen circumstances. Members will be issued with proximity token and smartphone Bluetooth access to the facility however a booking must firstly be secured, as so access can be achieved. The proximity token and smartphone Bluetooth access are non-transferable and members are solely responsible for their use. Lost or stolen proximity tokens must be reported to Bunker immediately to prevent unauthorised access. Members may be subject to a $10 fee for replacement proximity token/s for lost or damaged tokens. Members acknowledge and agree that the use of a proximity token and smartphone Bluetooth access is a convenience provided by Bunker and members are responsible for the security and proper use of such.

 

Membership Termination

Bunker reserves the right to terminate a membership for violation of these terms or inappropriate behaviour. Termination may result from, but is not limited to, the following -

  • Failure to make payment of membership fees when due

  • Failure to follow Bunker house rules

  • Intentional damage to the facility

  • Providing unauthorised access too or use of the facility

  • Deemed serious misconduct

 

Booking and Cancellation

Members can book simulator bay sessions in advance through the online booking system. Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time frame, as specified by Bunker.

 

Code of Conduct

Members must adhere to a high standard of conduct and respect towards staff, fellow members and guests. Any behaviour that disrupts the enjoyment of the facility for others may result in membership termination.

 

Equipment Usage

Members are responsible for using the customised Callaway golf balls and golf clubs (if golf club hirage is provided) appropriately and as provided by Bunker.

 

Personal Property

I acknowledge that while in the facility, I am responsible for my own belongings. 

 

Security

I acknowledge for the purpose of safety and security, Bunker can use security video surveillance systems to monitor the facility at all times. Video systems are limited to the entrance way, lounge area and golf simulation bays.

 

Disclaimer of Liability

Bunker shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred by members or guests during their use of the facility. I acknowledge that the use of Bunker may pose a risk of injury or harm. I confirm that while in the facility, I will use the equipment and services at my own risk. I release and indemnify Bunker, its staff, servants and agents against any and all claims relating to any injury, loss or serious harm caused to myself or my property.

 

Amendments – Bunker reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes and continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
