Bunker is located at 5/63 Totara Street, Mount Maunganui. Look for the Bunker signage and feel free to utilise the two allocated carparks opposite Bunker’s entry door. Additional on-street parking is also available on both Totara Street and Matai Street nearby.

You don’t need to be a member to play at Bunker. You can book a fully automated casual session via Book a Bay and choose either our ‘Bunker’ simulator bay (ground floor) which caters for up to four players or ‘Mez’ (first floor) which caters for up to two players.

We do however encourage all players to become members. Being a Bunker member means you are joining a community of like-minded people, motivated to improve their game. There are also added benefits, such as, cost savings, access to member only events, leagues, guest passes and more. Learn about our Membership Options here.

The maximum duration of a simulator bay booking is 180 minutes (three hours). Out of courtesy to other patrons, please ensure you are diligent and punctual in terms of your arrival and departure times. We encourage that you arrive five minutes in advance of your start time and wait in our bespoke lounge until your session is due to commence. Special concessions may be given for private functions in terms of maximum duration time.

You can book one week in advance of the date upon which you wish to conduct your session.

The minimum term for a standard membership is three months, with your alternative terms being either six or twelve months. Corporate memberships are a minimum term of twelve months. Whilst the membership fees for standard memberships are typically deducted weekly from your nominated bank account, alternative options are available for members who wish to make one lump sum payment at the commencement of their membership term, alike that required for corporate memberships.

We pride ourselves on the community we’ve created at Bunker hence ask that members commit to their three, six or twelve month contracts. This ensures each member gets the most out of their experience and has the opportunity to enjoy everything the facility has to offer. Should however there be extenuating circumstances affecting your membership, let’s talk through your options in terms of either pausing or cancelling.

Golf Balls
Bunker provides customised Callaway golf balls for your session, of which we please ask you solely utilise to prevent damaging the hitting screens. Upon concluding your session, please return all balls to the stacking mounts provided, as so other patrons may use these also. Should however you wish to use your own golf balls, please ensure they are brand new.

Golf Club Hire
We encourage that you bring your own golf clubs and place them in the holders provided however we do have both left and right handed clubs available for hire at an additional fee of $30 (including gst) per set, per session. Please advise in advance of your booking should you require these.

All Bunker memberships includes a free guest pass per session. Additional guest passes can be purchased for $10 per person, per session.

Corporate memberships receive unlimited guest passes (one guest per session) for the duration of their twelve month term albeit with the same provisions. A member may therefore bring a guest/s into the facility using these passes. Non-redeemed guest passes cannot be redeemed outside the period they are allocated for albeit additional guest passes can be purchased by members from Bunker at $10 per guest, per session.

Whilst complimentary bottled water is provided for members to enjoy during their session, Bunker is not a licensed premises and as such, neither food nor beverage is available. Whilst you’re welcome to bring light snacks into the facility, we do ask that you kindly please refrain from bringing any food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages onsite, to preserve the facility for all patrons.

Standard golfing attire is preferred at Bunker, such as a collared shirt and enclosed shoes. Whilst golf shoes are permitted, please ensure they do not have spikes and are free of dirt, mud and grass prior to entering the facility.

Bunker is available for use all day, every day. We operate a proximity token and smartphone bluetooth access system however you are firstly required to book your session online, in order to be granted access. Book your simulator bay session here.

Bunker provides Flightscope Mevo+ launch monitors which use twenty different data parameters to calculate your shot trajectory and distance, as well as provide information on spin axis and club head speed. Hone your skills and customise the information you receive, alongside specifically what shots you wish to practice. With the inclusion of E6 Connect, you have access to some of the most prestigious international golf courses to test your game, such as Pebble Beach, St Andrews and Bay Hill.

Whilst our ‘Bunker’ simulator bay (ground floor) can accommodate up to four players, ‘Mez’ (first floor) provides for a maximum of two. If you wish to play a round with friends, you are very much welcome to do so however please ensure all players possess either a Bunker membership, guest pass or are within the allocated maximum number of people for each bay.
